Golden Isles Psychiatry has elected to establish itself as a fee-for-service office to eliminate insurance constraints and allow us to focus on our patients. As a result, we are not in-network with any insurance companies and all fees are due at the time of service. We will provide you a superbill at your request, which you may submit to your insurance company to request partial or full reimbursement for your visits. Please note, there is no guarantee an insurance company will provide any reimbursement, and it is recommended you contact your carrier to inquire about coverage prior to scheduling your initial visit with us.
Note: We require a $100 deposit for all new patients scheduling an initial appointment. This fee is non-refundable unless you cancel the appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
